Our Professional Fees and Services
 | eTherapy (e-mail exchange) - Initial consultation at no charge. Upon establishing a
|
counseling relationship, the fees will be $50 per 30 minutes for reading and responding.
| Telephone Consultation - $75 for 30 minutes of time plus long distance phone charges.

| Office-based Individual or Couples Counseling by appointment - $125.00 per hour.
|
| Office-based Group Counseling for Adults, Teens or Children by appointment -
|
$75 per hour per person.
| Office-based Play Therapy sessions for very young children by appointment -
|
$75 per hour per child.
| Half-Day Seminars located in North Texas area - $25.00 per person with a minimum
|
class size of 30 and maximum of 50.
| Assessment/Tests: Academic/Aptitude/Intelligence - $300 - $500; Career - $150-$200.
|
| Cancelled Sessions - If cancelled within 24 hours, there will be no fee. Otherwise,
|
the full fee will be charged to your account.
| Fees can be charged to your MasterCard, Visa credit card, or PayPal account.
|
| If your health insurance pays for professional counseling services, we will either bill
|
your insurance company or provide you with the diagnosis code and the fees charged for you to file for reimbursement.
