Our Professional Fees and Services
Fees Effective August 2010
- Office-based Couples or Family Counseling for
Adults by Appointment - $125.00 per hour; Individual Counseling - $75.00
per hour. A 30-minute consultation is offered at no charge.
- Telephone Consultation - $75.00 for 30
minutes of time plus long distance charges.
- eTherapy (e-mail exchange) – There is no
charge for a brief e-mail exchange after establishing a counseling
relationship. However, if the e-mail requires research and/or a lengthy
response, the fees will be $30.00 per 30 minutes to read, research and
respond and $50.00 per 60 minutes to read, research and respond.
- Office-based Group Counseling for Adults,
Teens or Children by appointment at $75.00 per hour per person.
- Office-based Individual Play Therapy sessions
for very young children by appointment at $75.00 per hour per child.
(Included with Family Counseling fee of $125.00 per hour.)
- Half-Day Seminars located in North Texas area
- $35.00 per person with minimum class size of 30 and maximum of 50.
- Assessment/Tests:
Academic/Aptitude/Intelligence - $300.00 - $500.00; Career Assessment -
$150.00 - $200.00. (Includes interpretation of results.)
Cancellations and Method of
Payments

Cancelled Sessions: If a session
is cancelled within 24 hours, there will be no charge. Otherwise, the full
fee will be charged to your account.
- Unless you have insurance coverage for
counseling with Blue Cross Blue Shield or Deer Oaks EAP, payment in full
is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been
made.
- Payments are accepted with personal check,
MasterCard or Visa credit card via PayPal. You will receive an e-mail
directing you to a secure site for payment by MasterCard, Visa or PayPal.)
- There will be a $35.00 charge per returned
check or a denied credit card payment.
